Style Zucchini Sabzi )
Zucchini
is a member of Gourd family, it is well known that Zucchini has many superior
medicinal benefits, it is very easy to make, has got mild flavor and watery
flesh that offer various health benefits. It help in reduce weight, it gives
the nutrient value to your diet. It helps to prevent all the diseases that
occur from vitamin C and has a high content of vitamin C. It is so versatile vegetable you can enjoy
this low calorie food in so many different recipes. Will come one by one.
Ingredients:-
Zucchini
- 1 piece
Tomato
- 2 large size (paste)
Turmeric
Salt
Cumin
Seeds
Ginger
paste
Fresh
Green Coriander for garnishing.
Method:
Rinse the Tomato and blend them.

Peel
the Zucchini and chop them roughly
Heat
oil in a pan/wok/cooker and add cumin seeds and let them splutter till little dark not
burnt.
Now
add chopped ginger and cook for 2-3 min.
Add
tomato paste and stir 2-3 minutes, add masale (salt, turmeric powder) and cook
till the tomatoes are really soft and the mixture turns to red color and oil
leaves at end of pan.
Now
add chopped zucchini mix them well and add 1 cup of water in it and let it cook
for 1 whistle.
After
1 whistle check the water consistency if required add water.
Now
Zucchini is ready to served. Transfer it to another bowl and serve hot.

Take zucchini wash properly and peel them
chop them roughly
Heat oil in a pan
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter
Add chopped ginger and cook for 2-3 min
Add tomato paste and stir 2-3 minutes
Add masale
Add some water, mix them well and cook for 4-5 min
Add chopped zucchini mix them well
Add 1 cup of water in it and let it cook for 1 whistle.
After 1 whistle check the water consistency if required add water
Serve hot and garnish with coriander
