| Palak Paneer |
- Take a large pan while cooking palak so it can splatter, Heat oil in a kadhai/pan , add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
- Add Chopped Ginger and cook for 2 min and fry till golden, it will take 5-6 min, green chili and Saute for 2 min.
- Now Add tomato and cook till oil separates, this will take 5-7 min
- Add Red chili and Turmeric Powder, Amchur powder and cook for 1 min.
- Add Palak puree and mix well and cook for 5-8 min (.(Do not cover the pan,if you cover you won’t get the rich green colour)
- Now add Salt, add water if required,
- Now finally add the Paneer cubes and simmer the gravy for 8-10 min.
- Take it out in a serving bowl and garnish with fresh cream if your desired.
- Serve hot with rotis or steamed rice.
Add Tomato
Add Palak puree and cook for 5-7 min . don't cover the pan.
Add Paneer Cubes
Serve Hot
