Molten Lava Cake Recipe- Learn how to make Molten Lava cake step by step on Frenziesta by Sonia Batra.
Molten Lava Cake recipe is simple quick and easy recipe, it’s a 5 min recipe with only Five ingredients. Loving recipe for kids and perfect recipe for kid’s birthday party. It is not less than the domino’s Molten lava cake.  It is mouthwatering recipe. 

Ingredients:-
  1. Oreo biscuits- 15 nos
  2. Milk- 4-5 tsp – (as per requirement)
  3. Baking powder – a pinch
  4. Chocolate – 100 gm
  5. Sugar – 4-5 tsp
  6. Water- 3-4 tsp.

Method:-
  1. Take a pan and heat the water and melt the chocolate in it.
  2. Once the chocolate completely melts, turn off the flame and transfer the content to a bowl and cover the bowl with lid or cling wrap and allow it to cool for refrigerator.
  3. After that chocolate will set and make them in to balls with the help of scoop. These balls can be frozen and stored for later usage.
  4. In a mixer jar, add the oreos and grind them and make a powder.
  5. Now add milk, baking powder and sugar, mix well and make a smooth paste.
  6. Take a cup cake mould, and pour the small portion of mixture in it, place one the previously prepared chocolate balls in the center. Cover the balls with oreo mixture into the mould and microwave the cake at full power for 1 minute.
You can serve with the vanilla ice cream. (optional)

Notes:-
Do not overcook the chocolate mixture as it might solidify.

Step by Step :-
Take  some chocolate 



Add water in a pan and heat


Add chocolate in hot water


Melt the chocolate with the help of water


Melt completely and put in container and keep it in refrigerator


Now chocolate is set , take it out from refrigerator and 


make  balls with the help of spoon


take some oreo biscuit and separate out cream


Grind the oreo biscuits


make a powder


Add sugar in a powder and baking soda.


Make a paste with the help of water


Now take a cake mould 


Pour some batter in mould and put and chocolate ball in the center


Now cover the balls 


Put in fryer/over for 1 min 


take out from the fryer/oven


Serve hot immediately 



Maggi Pizza


Maggi Pizza

Maggi is one of the famous and favorite food item for all age group, it is very tasty and delicious. but have you ever thought of combining maggi and pizza.if not then this  recipe is for you. Pizza and Maggi both are favourite of all kids.  Kids will definitely love  this recipe as it is different from maggi and pizza, you can try it for kid’s birthday party also.

Ingredients:-

  • 2 Maggi Packet (Small)
  • Onion – 2
  • Tomato – 2
  • Corn – ½ cup
  • Grated cheese
  • Sauce (you can use pizza sauce also)
  • Mix herbs for seasoning

Method:-
  1. In a pan bring water to boil
  2. Add Maggi along with the masala and cook till the water evaporate completely which will take around 3-4 min.
  3. Add some corn flour and mix them well. 
  4. Take off the heat.
  5. Now take Cling Wrap sheet and spread over making a pizza like round shape, cover and keep in refrigerator for half an hour.
  6. Take out from refrigerator and spread sauce.
  7. Add some chopped onion, tomato, and corn
  8. Add grated cheese all over. 
  9. Put in fryer/oven or you can put on grease tava/griller. Cook for 2 min on low heat.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy your Maggi Pizza with your kids, you will love it. 
Step by Step :-

Take a pan, add water and boil maggi with maggi masala and cook till the water evaporate completely which will take around 3-4 min.



Add some corn flour 



and mix them well


 take Cling Wrap sheet and spread over making a pizza like round shape



cover and keep in refrigerator for half an hour


Take out from refrigerator and look like this


spread sauce


Add some chopped onion, tomato, and corn
and cover with grated cheese 
Put in fryer/oven


You can try on grilled tava/pan .


Now Maggi pizza is ready





Fasting Dhokla- Samak and Sabudana Recipe


Fasting Dhokla:- (Samak and Sabudana Dhokla)

Samak and Sabudana is widely used during Fasting days in North India. Try this different version of fasting snacks to get over all boring regular fasting foods. It is no less than Khaman Dhokla in taste, When I did this experiment in fasting days, I thought it will be successful or not, but it got the success in this when everyone said in my house wow, we can keep every day fast if we got this type of foods. Learn this recipe step on step on Frenziesta by Sonia Batra.

Ingredients:-
Sama ka Chawal- 1 cup
Sabudana  ½ cup
Yogurt – 3 cup
Salt to taste
Roasted cumin seeds (crushed not purely powder)

For the tempering:-
Green Chilies 3-4 slit length wise
Cumin Seeds
Sugar – 2 tsp
Lime Juice- 2 tsp or a little more
Water 1.5 cup
Coriander for garnishing

Method:-
  1. Soak  Samak and Sabudana in sour curd  for 2-3 hrs, Make sure  Samak and Sabudana is soaked properly, If required add some water.
  2. After 2-3 hrs grind Samak/Sabudana to make a smooth batter of a thick consistency like idli or dhokla batter. Keep it for 6-8 hrs for fermentation.
  3. Before preparing dhokla add salt, roasted cumin seeds, baking powder and mix together well.
  4. Pour this batter to a greased plate or steaming vessel and cook for about 8-10 mins. Or steam till set and cooked.
  5. Let it cool completely. Then cut in desired shapes.

For tempering, heat oil in a pan, Add chilies and stir them to let them cook and release their aroma. Pour water and add the sugar let it come to a soft boil.
Take off the heat, add the lime juice and pour over the steamed dhokla. Let the sweet and sour water soak in, it will all disappear within 5 min. The dhokla will swell up so make space for them by removing a few from the plate.


Serve with green chutney or imli chutney. 

Step by Step:-


Take sabudana and samak chawal


 

Soak Sabudana and Samak rice in sour yougurt for 2-3 hrs



After 2-3 hrs grind Samak/Sabudana to make a smooth batter to a thick consistency like idli or dhokla batter. Keep it for 6-8 hrs for fermentation.


Before preparing dhokla add salt, roasted cumin seeds, baking powder and mix together well.


Pour this batter to a greased plate or steaming vessel and cook for about 8-10 mins. Or steam till set and cooked.


Let it cool completely. Then cut in desired shapes

Take off the heat, add the lime juice and pour over the steamed dhokla.

Mango Juice/Sharbat- Summer Drink


Mango Juice/Sharbat


Summer is started where you can enjoy the flavor of mangoes. You can enjoy of mangoes in many ways. Preservative flavor juices have a kind of uniform taste and not good for health. But you can make fresh mangoes juice at home with different types and enjoy mangoes. Fresh juices is better than preservative. My kids always demand fresh juices. Ingredients:-
2 ripe mangoes
1 liter water
1 lemon
Sugar – it depend on the sweetness of the mangoes.

Method:-
Take 2 mangoes wash them properly, peel and cut in to small pieces.
Put them into a bowl with some water and sugar and blend them, blend until smooth.
Sieve the blended mixture and throw away the leftover pulp and mango fibers
Add some lemon juice in the mixture.

Serve the juice in the glasses with some ice cubes. 

Step by Step:-

Take 2 mangoes wash them properly, peel and cut in to small pieces.


 Take 1/2 cup Sugar 


Blend it well


take lemon juice


Add lemon juice in mango pulp



Add some water 


Sieve the blended mixture and throw away the leftover pulp and mango fibers



Now mango juice is ready



Serve the juice in the glasses with some ice cubes
