Jeera Rice is a popular dish in North India in Punjabi cuisine, it is steam rice with flavored of cumin and fresh coriander and mint leaves. It is
easy to prepare everyday rice dish, some people like jeera rice instead of
steamed rice. I remembered that when I came in my in-laws house, I liked
steamed rice with Punjabi Pokara Kadi, Dal, Rajma etc… but my in-laws liked only jeera rice. Then I thought I will make it with a different style steamed rice with Jeera.
