Watermelon Skin Juice


Watermelon is a popular fruit for summer, While we all enjoy eating this fruit, we usually discard the skin/rind of juicy watermelon without realizing or rather knowing of their health benefits. 


It has many benefits, but the Skin actually contains more of the amino acid. Watermelon skin is good for your skin and immunity, as well as for your nervous system.



Ingredients:-

Watermelon skins
Black salt 1/2 tsp
Ice - 8-10 pieces
Sugar - 5-10 tsp
Lemon-1 
Mint powder 1/2 tsp (or you can use fresh also)

Method :- 

Blend watermelon skin with some water
Sieve the pulp and extract the purely juice
Add some sugar
Add some salt, pepper and squeeze the lemon 
Add ice cubes and serve cold.

Now squeeze the lemon


Now drink is ready to be served
