Watermelon Juice/Tarbooj Sharbat
Take Watermelon and cut into pieces.
Blend Watermelon pieces with seeds.
Seive the pup and Extract the purely juice.
Add some sugar as per fruit sweetner.
Add Black Salt, pepper and squeez the lemon
Add ice cubes and serve cold.
Watermelon is a popular
fruit for summer, While we all enjoy eating this fruit, we usually discard the
tiny seeds scattered in it without realizing or rather knowing of their health
benefits. These seeds are loaded with nutrients including fatty acids, essential
proteins and lots of minerals. These seeds are rich in vitamin B like thiamine,
niacin and minerals like magnesium, potassium, manganese, iron, zinc,
phosphorus and copper. That’s why use watermelon as a juice/sharbat because I
make this sharbat with seeds,
Watermelon sharbat
(Tarbooz ka sharbat) is recommended drink to take in summers as it contains 92%
water and 8% sugar, It is very energetic drink in summer. Take this in
summer to energize yourself.

Ingredients:-
Watermelon- 1 kg
Black Salt- 1/2 tsp
Ice- 5-10 cubes
Lemon- 1
Mint powder- 1/2 tsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - Depend on fruit
sweetness (you can use roohafza instead of sugar)
Method:-
Take Watermelon and cut into pieces.
