Add cumin seeds let them crackle.
Add Chopped Ginger and cook for 2-3 min.
Add Tomato Puree and cook for 2-3 min.
Add salt, Amchur powder, red chili powder.
Add some water and cook till you see oil leaving the edges of Pan
Now add Potato.
Mix them well
Add some water to it
Cover with the lid and cook for 4-5 min more.
Now its ready
Garnish with Coriander and Serve with Hot Puri or Parantha.
