Cheesy Cream Chocolate Panini for Kids

Cheesy Cream Chocolate Panini:- Very easy recipe for breakfast and for kids  . Chocolate is all time favorite of kids and of all age group.  This is mouthwatering dish. This is perfect school lunch box recipe for kids. Any age group can eat because its healthy, no oil and other preservative things.  Its name sounds  too much creamy but it not like that. One day when I made it for Sunday breakfast , my kids can’t stop eating it. They demand more for school lunch because their friends ask for more. Ingredients:-
Cheesy Cream (you can see this recipe at my blog)
3-4 tsp cheesy cream
4- tsp Choco chips
Brown Bread – 4 pieces.

Method:-
Take a brown bread and spread cheesy cream over it.
Put some Choco chips (you can add some cheese and chocolate syrup- optional)
Now cover with another bread and grill in sandwich maker.
After 5-6 min take it out from sandwich maker.
Now Cheesy Creamy chocolate sandwich is ready to be served.

Step by Steps

Take brown bread and cut the corner. 


spread cheesy cream over it.


Put some Choco chips  


Cover with another bread


Put in griller and grill for 4-5 min

 

Take it out from griller 


Cut in desired shape and serve. 






Cold Coffee - Best Summer Drink

Cold Coffee Recipe- Learn how to make Cold Coffee step by step on Frenziesta by Sonia Batra.
Cold coffee recipe is simple quick and easy recipe to beat the summer heat. Your need only four ingredients.
To make the cold coffee creamier and thicker you could add some fresh cream. However I haven’t added cream as didn’t want to make my coffee fatty.

Main Ingredients:-
Milk- 3 cups
Coffee Powder- 4 tsp
Sugar- 4 tsp
Chocolate Syrup- 2 tsp for decoration. (Optional)

Method:-
  1. First mix coffee powder with hot water.
  2. Now add the same in milk, add sugar and some ice cubes and blend well till froth comes above the shake.
  3. Now take a glass, and decorate as per your choice with chocolate syrup (Add some chocolate sauce at the bottom of the glass and just rotate the glass to make a pattern) then pour the cold coffee with some froth in glass and sprinkle some coffee powder/cocoa powder over it and serve chilled.
  4. Best drink for your guest and to serve in party.
Notes:-

If you like strong flavor than add more coffee solution. 

Step by steps:-


Collect all main ingredients



Take some coffee powder ,warm water and mix them well 


Take milk and add sugar in it 


Add Coffee Solution


Blend it  well 


Make a pattern as per your choice with Chocolate sauce 
Add some chocolate sauce at the bottom of the glass and just rotate the glass to make a pattern


pour the cold coffee with some froth in glass and sprinkle some coffee powder/cocoa powder over it and serve chilled



Bread Pan Cake - Breakfast Recipe.

Bread Pan Cake:- Very easy recipe for breakfast

Bread pancakes are very easy and tasty option for breakfast. It is one of my favorite breakfast recipe.
You can add vegetables according to your preference to change the taste a little. It is also a very good option for kid’s lunch box. My kid’s friend always demand for the same.

Ingredients:-
10 brown bread slices
½ cup milk as required
2 onion- chopped very fine
1 capsicum chopped very fine
2 tomatoes chopped very fine
1 carrot chopped very fine
5-6 tsp beans 
4-5 tsp corn 
4-5 tsp peas
1 tsp chopped green chilies
1 tsp grated ginger
1 Potato medium size peeled and grated
½ tsp red chili powder
½ tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
½ tsp amchur 
½ tsp Ginger and garlic powder
½ tsp Cumin powder
½ tsp fennel powder
2 tsp coriander leaves
Oil for shallow frying

Method:-
  1. Take brown bread and remove corners of the bread slices. Crush the bread slices roughly and soak them in ½ cup milk for 10 min.
  2. Now add all the other ingredients (Vegetable and masala) and make a thick batter.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan and grease it lightly with oil. Spread batter on the pan and give it round shape with the help of spoon.
  4. Spread a little oil around the pancake. Cook it on slow flame till the base is golden brown. Turn it over and cook the other side also, with the same way using little oil.
  5. Serve hot with Chutney or Green chutney.


 Note:-


The batter will be sticky, do not dilute it, otherwise it will be too soft to retain shape. 

Step by Step:-
Take brown bread 



Cut the corner




Take some milk 




Bread dip in milk 



Mash Properly


Take some vegetable as per your choice




Some ginger and green chili




Some grated potato 



Mix all ingredient with bread 




Add masala



Make a dough 


Take a tava and spread some oil on tava




Spread batter on the pan and give it round shape with the help of spoon, cook it on slow flame till the base is golden brown 




Turn it over and cook the other side also with the help of little oil




Serve hot with Chutney or Green chutney

Fish Masala
Fish is the healthiest food and is full of necessary nutrients Such as protein and vitamin D, and is also full of omega-3 fatty acids which is very important for our body and brain.  You can eat in any form. There are lots of recipe to make and enjoy. 
Ingredient:-
For marinate:- Salt , Turmeric
Paste:-
Khaskhas – 2 tsp,
Cashew and Almond – 8-10 pieces.
Green chili – 2 piece
Ginger- 1 inch piece
 Garlic- 2-3 piece
Marinate:- Take a bowl and add fish pieces and add salt and turmeric and keep aside for 1-2 hrs.
Paste:-  Take all ingredients and blend them and make a smooth paste.
Shallow fry fish Method:-
Take a pan and some oil spread all over the pan for shallow fry the fish.
Now put all fishes pieces one by one on the pan.
After 4-5 min when one side is fried flip the pieces and fry for another side also, take care while flipping the fishes, coz fish is very soft, it can tender.
Now take out from the pan.
Curry Method:-
Heat oil in pan.  Add onion and sauté till then in golden colour
Now add spices, salt, red chili, turmeric, garam masala
Now add the paste(made above) and cook for 5-10 min till oil leaves from  end of the pan.
Now add fried fish pieces, mix well, cook on a medium flame for another 5 min, don’t stir too much otherwise fish will crack, it is very soft, fish does not take too much time to cook just like chicken or mutton.


Now fish is ready to served.

Step by Step:-
Take fish pieces, wash properly 


marinate fish with salt and turmeric


take a pan and heat oil 


Place fish one by one on the pan and shallow fry from both sides 


Take out and keep aside





Add onion 


Saute till golden colour 


Arrange all masalae at one place


Add Masale 


Add Paste 


Add Fish pieces very gently and don't stir continuously 



Fish Masala is ready to serve. 


Mooli ki Burji (Radish)


Mooli ki Burji

Mooli ki bhurji (Radish) is very healthy and easily available vegetable during winters. It has numerous health benefits, is a great detoxifies, good for the stomach and liver, helps in curing jaundice and reduces the chances of cancer etc.
Mooli ki burji is a special Punjabi dish, usually people use mooli (radish) in making mooli parantha, sabzi, salad but throw away the green leaves, but we use green leaves also in Mooli ki burji.

It a perfect combination with Dal (moong dal), my husband likes it. 


Ingredients:-
Mooli (Radish)- ½ kg
1 tsp oil
1 pinch hing (asafetida)
½ tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp amchur (dry mango powder)
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chili
Salt as per taste

Method:-
Wash Radish white and green leave both thoroughly.
Peel and chopped the same, Chop Radish leaves also.
Heat oil in a pan ,
Add cumin seeds and hing (asafetida), fry for few seconds.
Add chopped radish white and covered with lid, cook until vegetable are tender or till then golden.
Add masala (salt, amchur, red chili, turmeric powder, add green leaves and mix well. Cook further for 10-15 min till the whole moisture is evaporated.
Now Mooli ki bhurji is ready to served. Serve hot with chapatti and dal as a side dish.


Step by Steps :-
Wash and Peel the Radish and chop roughly 



Heat oil in a pan 


Add cumin seeds and pinch of hing(asafetida)


Add Ginger paste  


Add chopped Radish 


Cover the lid


cook until vegetable are tender or till then golden. 


Add masala (salt, amchur, red chili, turmeric powder)


Add green leaves and mix well. 



Cook further for 10-15 min till the whole moisture is evaporated


Now Mooli ki bhurji is ready to served


Pls note:-

Use only fresh and green leaves, do not use the leaves which are yellow in colour.
