Aam Panna is an Indian and popular tangy drink for summer. It is a great remedy for heat stroke and dehydration. It it made from green mangoes, sugar and some spices to make more flavored and appetizing. Aam panna is also a rich source of Vitamin C and acts as a curative for blood disorders. The healthy drink is also rich in antioxidants which help in fighting cancer.  I use ginger and garlic powder which is enhance the flavored of Aam panna.

Ingredients:-
Raw mangoes – 5 pieces
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Black Salt
1/2 tsp Mint powder (or you can use fresh leaves also)
1/2 tsp Ginger and Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin seeds

Method:-

Wash the raw mangoes properly and  peel and cut into small pieces.
Then boil it in pressure cooker for 1-2 whistles till they become completely soft and pulpy.
Remove the cooker from stove and let them cool.
Blend the same with Blender and make a smooth pulp.
Now add sugar, cumin powder, mint powder, ginger and garlic powder, mix well till the sugar is dissolved. Set aside to cool. Chill in refrigerator. You can store in air tight container in refrigerator. 
Pour into glasses as required and dilute with chilled water as per your taste and serve. 

Step By Step:-

Add Water 

Boil  


Now add sugar, cumin powder, mint powder, ginger and garlic powder and mix well 


Blend the same with Blender


 keep in refrigerator

Ingredients:-

Cucumber – 2
Whisked cold curd – 3 cups
Roasted Cumin powder – ½ tsp
Black salt
Black pepper
Red chili powder – 1pinch for sprinkle


Method:-
Take Cucumber 
Wash properly and peel
Grate Cucumber, and mix with whisked cold curd
Add Black salt, black pepper
Add roasted cumin powder and sprinkle the red chili
And Serve with any Indian food.

So if you want to try you don’t need to order but just follow simple easy steps below.

Ingredient:-
4-5 digestive biscuits
Leftover brownie-1 cup
Ice crèam- 1 cup
Cocoa powder- 1 tsp
Sugar powder- 2-3 tsp
Vanilla essence-2-3 drops
Melted butter- 3 tsp
Green and Red cherry- 2 tsp
Choco chips- 1 tsp

Method :-
Take digestive biscuit and crush them,add some cocoa powder, sugar powder and melted butter. Mix all the ingredients well.
Take a glass and form a layer of crushed biscuit at the bottom.
Now make the layer of ice cream above it
After that spread the brownie over ice cream.
Finally spread ice cream on the top and add more flavour with some cherry and Choco chips.
Freeze it for 1-2 hrs
And serve chilled and enjoy.

Sweet Sour Pumpkin or Khatta Meeta Kaddu is one the easiest sabzi recipe. It is served with puri, parathas. This vegetable made of yellow pumpkin, it is very tasty.  Step by Step recipe is there. This variation has no onion and no garlic. It can be used during fasting days as well.

Ingredients:-
750 gms Kaddu (pumpkin)
1tsp oil
½ tsp garam masala
1st methi dana (fenugreek seeds)
1tsp cumin powder (jeera)
1 tsp coriander powder (dhania)
1 tsp turmeric (haldi)
1tsp chili powder
¼ tsp cinnamon powder (dalchini)
1-2 tsp sugar
1 tsp mango powder (aamchur)
Salt as per taste
Chopped fresh coriander leaves (hara dhaina) and green chili for garnish

First step(masala paste)  – mix all ingredient with water except mango powder (aamchur) and salt.

Method :-
* Wash the pumpkin/kaddu well, Remove the skin.
* Cut the pumpkin into cubes.
* Heat oil in a pan, add methi dana and cook till golden, This will just take a few             seconds,
* Add ginger and garam masala   and let it cook for 1-2 min.
* Now add masala paste and cook for 1 min.
* Add chopped Kaddu and mix it well and sprinkle  dalchini and saute well
* Now add little water and cover with lid for another 5-10 min, cook till all the water    evaporates.
* Once it’s all dry add Sugar and amchur and cook for another 5-8 min.
* Switch off the flame. Serve hot and garnish with coriander leaves and green chili.

Lauki ka raita is a wonderful nutritious side dish. It is a refreshing yogurt based dish. Lauki is also known as bottle gourd, doodhi, ghia. Lauki raita is healthy and tastes delicious. Lauki has a blend taste and some people especially children do not like to eat it as a vegetable but I am sure they will definitely like lauki ka raita. Lauki is mild and neutral in taste combined with yogurt it makes a delicious side dish for spicy main course dishes served as part of traditional meal. Serve this  with any Indian flat bread , over the rice or with spicy food.

Ingredients

Lauki (Bottle gourd) - 250 grms
Yogur 3 cups
Black pepper- 1/2 tsp 
Black slat - as per taste
Rea chili for garnish 
Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp


How to make Lauki Ka Raita 

  1. Peel and grate lauki. Boil grated lauki with a little salt for five minutes.
  2. Drain out water and let the lauki cool. Whisk chilled yogurt and mix salt, black pepper. 
  3. Add boiled lauki and mix well. Dry roast cumin and make a coarse powder.
  4. Garnish lauki raita sprinkled with cumin powder and red chili powder. 
  5. Served with any Indian food.
